Telephone Support
Options
When you sign up for a trial and then when you subscribe as a new client you
receive 30 minutes of free telephone support. After that you can receive
personalized support for training, working with you to build a search, software
installation or use the time however you would like.
Telephone support can be purchased in 1, 3 and 6 hour packages or on a per

Custom Search Programming
Services
Would you like to have searches setup for
your specific requirements by our professionals? We offer this
service at an hourly rate of $100/hour. There is a $50.00 minimum
charge for up to the first 1/2 hour with 1/4 hour billing increments thereafter.
Most searches take about a 1/2 hour to research and complete.
Testing and making corrections usually takes another 1/2 hour. We
only charge for the actual time spent on the project. When the search is
completed it will be emailed to you. You have 5 trading days after the date
of that email to request one round of changes/edits. Once
those changes are made or the 5 day time period elapses, the project is
considered to be completed. At that point, any additional work
will then be billable time.
There are two ways to get your project
started.
- Call us at 314.567.0552 and we will
discuss your requirements and create the specification for you.
We will then give you an estimate over the phone. The time on
the phone is billable time and will be allocated to the first 1/2
hour minimum charge.
- Create your own specification by
completing the form below. The more detailed the specification the
less time it will take to complete. When we have received and
analyzed your request, we will send you a email with an estimate.
When you are ready to proceed call or
email us and we will enter your credit card order for the amount of the
estimate. we will manually enter

field below; define how you would like the results to appear on the
search results display window; for example: column order, sort
priorities, new symbols arriving in the search results and etc.
- Telephone consultations are also
available at the above hourly rate to define your requirements over
the phone.
